The intelligent, modular concept of the SIGMA Frequency Control (SFC) packages provides an efficient compressed air solution for every application.

The objective of variable frequency drive within a compressor environment is to provide a cost effective solution for the customer with a varying air demand whilst maintaining a constant system pressure.

The SFC variable frequency drive system forms a compact hard wired unit within a small footprint. The innovative SFC option combines SIEMENS AG Drive technology with the efficient direct drive compressor, proprietary SIGMA profile airend and SIGMA Control system to maximise energy savings.

High Efficiency EFF1 electric motor - Consumes less power for greater output and meets or exceeds the energy efficiency criteria required to be eligible for Enhanced Capital Allowances (ECA's).
SIGMA Profile airend - Provides a large volume of air for less power consumption
Quiet and Effective - Low noise levels from just 60dB(A) allow the units to be installed in the workplace
Precise, accurate control - SCB or SIGMA Control option automatically regulates and monitors the compressor and provides additional control and management functions
Compressor and Package Options - Models available include SFC T and Aircenter SFC versions that provide cost effective, clean, dry air from one space saving modular unit

Kettering Compressed Air Services Ltd

Maziak Compressor Services Limited (MCSL) has purchased the assets and goodwill of the Kettering Compressed Air Services (KCAS) business from the Bulley family. This is due to the recent death of Bill Bulley who was the founder and owner of KCAS, which he formed in 1978.

Many years ago Bill used to work for Joe Maziak in Maziaks' compressor division, so the two families go back a long way. This development brings the second generation of families together in the guise of James Maziak and Mark Bulley.

Mark will continue to play a key role in the merged businesses based in Wellingborough. There will be no disruption to the services received by KCAS' clients. The size and expertise of the Maziak team will in fact enhance what they have already come to expect from KCAS.
