So what is Airbox?

The Maziak Airbox is a purpose built, completely bespoke compressed air package manufactured to customer specifications.

 

The Airbox design was originally developed to provide a compressed air solution to a UK wide landfill company. They needed a lightweight, all weather compressor package that could run unmanned 365 days per year in the warmest, coldest and dustiest of environments. The flexibility to move the location of the system as quickly and simply as possible was also a site requirement.  This was an innovative and comprehensive “plug & play” solution.

This Airbox was used to supply a new compressor system to an unmanned landfill leachate system.  This only took 2 hours of site time to install.

This "Airbox Static" is the exception to the rule.  This is an Airbox that has huge versatility but remains in a small footprint.  Unlike the other units, this is assembled onsite but once again contains every component needed to supply your site with compressed air/ nitrogen requirements.

This install was carried out at a world famous brewing company and allowed them to remove existing bulk nitrogen tanks.  This Airbox Static unit is on track to reduce N2 costs by over 75% in the first year.

 

Airbox is designed to whatever criteria is set out by the customer and we can provide packages from 2mtrs square up to static dual storey 6mtr square
structures.

Airbox contains:

  • Choice of compressor, nitrogen generator or multiples of each.
  • Choice of compressed air drying equipment.
  • Full electrical distribution board with 3 and single phase points.
  • Thermostat controlled heating.
  • Thermostat controlled hot air extraction.
  • Hot air ducting from compressor outlet.
  • Filtered air intakes into the package.
  • Full lighting.
  • Fully secure galvanized steel container which can be colour coded to your facility’s requirements.
  • No planning permission required.

Airbox is usually built offsite which means contractors are not onsite for large periods of time.

Airbox saves factory floor space, takes minimal time to install and is available to purchase outright or long term lease.
