Since 2009 Maziaks have increased the number of engineers employed by 56% and we are still growing! We have also restructured the support team, adapting the Service Manager role and adding two completely new roles. All of these developments have enhanced the service we deliver to our customers.

High quality service and efficiency are very important to us, and in particular our goal of achieving a ’FIRST TIME FIX’, which saves our customers time and money. We’ve recently added a new role to our Service Department, with that very goal in mind—the role of Desk Engineer. With the expertise and knowledge to offer remote technical support to our customers and Service Team staff, issues can be resolved more quickly and effectively and fixed first time!
Maziaks offer you a choice of four Service Plan levels, from basic, to all embracing, each with the flexibility to opt for a term of between 1 and 5 years.
The Plans have some core common features, including access to a 24/7 emergency service and compressor plant efficiency check/s, plus prices can be fixed for up to 5 years. Regular maintenance by a competent compressor engineer assists you in compliance with pressure systems safety regulations.
Here are just a few examples of differences between the Plans: The Bronze Plan offers a specified number of preventative maintenance visits and includes for all labour, travel and parts at pre quoted fixed prices which are then paid after the work is completed. The Silver Plan offers a specified number of preventative maintenance visits and includes for all labour and travel time. Gold Service Plans additionally include for all consumable service parts and oil upfront as a fixed price with different payment options to suit. Platinum Service Plans include all the above plus any unforeseen costs due to emergency callouts in terms of labour and parts needed.
Same Day emergency callout is available for Gold Plans with notification prior to 10am. Platinum Plan emergencies, subject to terms, will see an engineer on site within 4 hours, regardless of time of day. The Platinum Plan also includes a free annual compressor energy survey to ensure your equipment is running at optimum efficiency.
