18.5-315kW - Direct Drive Compressor Range

The drive motor and the airend in HPC Direct Drive rotary screw compressors are designed to operate at the same low speed. This feature makes possible direct coupling of the drive and compression units, which in turn means that there are no transmission losses. This serves to reduce further the electricity consumption and cuts maintenance costs.

The low speed operation of HPC Direct Drive compressors is possible with large sized airends that are highly efficient and matched to the individual performances and pressures required.

Quiet in operation and low in maintenance costs, HPC screw compressors are designed to operate at full load 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Package options include units that feature integral dryers and variable frequency inverters.

Large SIGMA Profile airend - Large low speed airends are more efficient than small high speed airends as they supply more air for the same drive power, optimising compressed air output to the total power consumed

Kettering Compressed Air Services Ltd

Maziak Compressor Services Limited (MCSL) has purchased the assets and goodwill of the Kettering Compressed Air Services (KCAS) business from the Bulley family. This is due to the recent death of Bill Bulley who was the founder and owner of KCAS, which he formed in 1978.

Many years ago Bill used to work for Joe Maziak in Maziaks' compressor division, so the two families go back a long way. This development brings the second generation of families together in the guise of James Maziak and Mark Bulley.

Mark will continue to play a key role in the merged businesses based in Wellingborough. There will be no disruption to the services received by KCAS' clients. The size and expertise of the Maziak team will in fact enhance what they have already come to expect from KCAS.
