Maziak have created a new position of Aftermarket Sales Manager, bridging Sales and Service. The primary rationale for this is to deliver an even more focused, professional and proactive service to our contract customers, who represent our core business. Our contract customers can only benefit from more technical delivery of repair quotes and quicker response to site issues for example and Maziak can only benefit from more joined up thinking between Sales and Service. This key role is being taken up by Dan Keeber as of 3rd April. Dan has been with the business for 5 years and has a wealth of experience, including the successful delivery of major installation projects and an unrivalled level of contract customer retention.
We are delighted that Dominic Leydon will be joining as an Area Sales Engineer on 3rd April to fill the local area sales element of the vacancy left by Dan Keeber’s move to Service as Aftermarket Sales Manager, and he will increase our customer facing sales presence around the Bedford and Milton Keynes areas. He has very relevant experience within the industry as a Service and Sales Engineer and is based in Bedford.
Meantime our office-based team is back up to full strength as of 20th March with Nathan Thornton’s arrival as Appointment Setter and Sales Co-ordinator with previous experience in similar roles within the hire industry. His peer, Ben Harris’s role is being diversified to support the new Aftermarket Sales Manager position and we are expanding the team with Sam Cox on 3rd April as Appointment Setter and Sales Co-ordinator, who brings experience from the insurance industry. All of these changes are intended to increase our customer facing sales presence in local areas.
