Gold Service Plan: (Fixed Budget for Planned Services):  Labour and service parts invoiced in equal payments in advance

 

Platinum Service Plan: (Total Budget Control): Labour, service parts and emergency costs invoiced in equal payments in advance

 

 

 

 

Renewal Procedure:  You will be notified in writing one months prior to renewal date of the new agreement price and sent copies of new agreement documents.  We request at this stage that you sign and return the new documents to us with your purchase order for the coming agreed period.

 

Visit Procedure:  Our service department will contact you prior to each visit to inform you that a visit is due, at which time, if you have any problems with your equipment we would ask that you inform us so that if non standard spares are required we can ensure they are available for our engineer to bring with him.  Where possible we will try to send the same engineer for each visit, this will enable you to see continuity of engineer and also allows our engineer to become familiarised with your compressed air equipment, thus ensuring they are maintained to the highest standard both you as a customer and we as a supplier expect.
