Service Engineer
The Role
We are always on the lookout for skilled Service Engineers, so even though we aren't proactively recruiting, we'd be very happy to hear from you if you like the sound of the role below and think you fit the bill.
You will be responsible for installing servicing and maintaining compressed air systems for small medium and large companies primarily within the Midlands/East Anglia area but at times also nationally. You will work efficiently, professionally and in a manner compliant with customer and Health & Safety requirements. All paperwork will be completed thoroughly and in a timely manner. You will work closely with the service team back office on a day to day basis and also with the sales team to proactively identify commercial opportunities.
The Person
Ideally, you will have experience of engineering in a compressed air environment, however, candidates who are multi-skilled maintenance engineers with extensive knowledge of electrical and mechanical fault finding will also be considered. You will have excellent problem solving and communications skills, be able to work alone and take initiative and have a pro-active responsible and efficient approach to all that you do. You will also understand the importance of thorough and timely reporting.
The Package
Reporting to the Service Manager, the package is competitive — details upon request – and a company van is supplied.
